ZERO WASTE:
No textile waste gets out of my studio. Never. Every now and then I fill a big heavy pillow for meditating, or make soft unisex pillow-toys with all the leftovers from cutting.
PRODUCT SERVICE:
All products have free service for the duration of their life. When a product gets too old or too damaged to wear, please return it if possible, for I will use it for filling heavy pillows. Anything that gets damaged can be repaired or modified. Just get in touch, bring it to the studio, and we will find a solution. Also, if you have suggestions, I am happy to hear them, for I am constantly learning from people’s experience with the clothes. I also take and give free life advice, because sometimes it’s not about the clothes, it’s about the free therapy we do to one another.
RETURNS:
If it doesn't fit, or you don’t like it, or maybe you are just not wearing it because you cannot identify with it, or maybe it was just not meant to be yours, you can return it anytime you want as long as it’s not very damaged. Remember, Wanderer clothes are made to be shared and passed forward. Sometimes they actually wait for the right person to come and take them home. No worries, you’ll get your money back, or I can replace your product with something else, make something custom adjusted to your body and special needs, or you can resale it on the website.
*disclaimer: I make very beautiful clothes, and they might seduce you visually. if you really like something and you feel instantly that is was meant for you, then it’s ok to buy it immediately because I only make a few items. if you are not so sure, please sleep on it and don’t buy stuff you don’t need. let’s not waste extra fuel on transportation for returns.
